2. Shipping Destinations
If your location does not appear as an available shipping option at checkout, please contact our Customer Service team. We will explore feasible solutions and do our best to accommodate your delivery needs.

3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time; the total delivery time is the sum of both.

4. Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, selected shipping method, and package weight. All available options and corresponding fees will be clearly displayed at checkout, allowing you to choose the most suitable method.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is approximately 5–7 business days.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the real-time status and location of your package through the carrier’s official tracking system.

6. Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination selected. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are calculated from the actual ship date. Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates. On rare occasions, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures or unforeseen carrier disruptions. Should a significant delay arise, we will proactively assist in communicating with the carrier and keep you informed of the progress.

7. International Shipping & Duties (All-Inclusive Tax Policy)
To provide you with a seamless and worry-free shopping experience, COMFMET covers all duties and taxes for international orders. The total amount you pay at checkout already includes the product cost, shipping fees, and any potential customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees. You will not be required to pay any additional charges to customs or the carrier upon delivery.

In the rare event that local customs still request payment of duties or taxes, please do not make the payment and contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will resolve the matter on your behalf and ensure you incur no unplanned expenses.

Due to varying customs clearance procedures in different countries, occasional short delays may occur with international orders. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Package: If your package is lost in transit, please contact our Customer Service team. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund for you at the earliest opportunity.

  • Damaged Package: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us immediately. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information
When placing an order, please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete and accurate. COMFMET is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to confirm the correct address; however, any additional shipping costs incurred for resending will be your responsibility.
