COMFMET Returns & Exchanges

1. Our Promise to You
We want you to love every COMFMET product. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to ensure a smooth and stress-free return experience. Your confidence in shopping with us is our highest priority.

2. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your merchandise. This gives you plenty of time to try the product and make sure it meets your expectations.

3. How to Start a Return
Contact us first at info@comfmet.com with your order number and the reason for return. Our Customer Service team will guide you through the process, provide a return authorization, and give you all necessary instructions. Please do not ship any items back until you have received our written approval – this helps prevent delays and ensures your return is processed correctly.

4. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way

  • Returns sent without prior authorization

Please double-check your return package before shipping. We are not responsible for items that are not COMFMET products mistakenly sent to us.

5. Return Shipping Costs – Fair & Transparent

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (our mistake): We take full responsibility. Simply reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will provide a prepaid return label or arrange an alternative solution at no cost to you. You will not bear any additional shipping expense.

  • For all other returns (e.g., change of mind or size preference): Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt until the return is concluded. We do not offer Freight Collect (FTC) services.

6. Refunds – Fast and Hassle-Free
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees and any Shipping Guarantee fees are non-refundable.

  • If your order was shipped under a free shipping promotion, the actual outbound shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.

We keep you informed at every step so you're never left wondering about your refund status.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if we’ve sent you the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@comfmet.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation quickly and make it right — whether that means a replacement, a full refund, or another fair solution.
